BIOGRAPHY
Aly Keita started his artistic career as a dancer in Conakry (Guinea) in 2004. He then trained in circus at the Keita Fodeba Acrobatic Art Center, where he also perfected traditional music and ballet. In 2016, he arrived in Canada thanks to a cultural exchange project between young Inuit and Guineans, for the production of the documentary “Circus Without Borders”, which was shot between Guinea and Nunavut. In Quebec, he collaborates with the Productions Kalabanté and Cirque Eloize. In 2018, Aly was hired by the company Cavalia, for the production of “Odysseo”. He then joined the Nyata Nyata dance company, directed by Zab Maboungou, where he completed the Artistic and Professional Training Program in Dance (PEFAPDA) and also participated as a performer in the work “Mozongi”. Also as a songwriter, he collaborates with the Opéra de Lévis and Productions EJVA on several musical projects.

BIOGRAPHY
Active in the Montreal dance scene since 2013, Marie-Reine “M Queen” Kabasha has had the opportunity to work with creators with a refined and versatile artistic language.
She joined the company EBNFLŌH in 2014 and participated in the creation of “Complexe R”. In 2016, she also joined the company Tentacle Tribe. Internationally, she’s collaborated with the Parisian waacking collective Ma Dame Paris in 2019. Recently, she has worked with Brigitte Poupart, Grand Poney, Sébastien Provencher, Helen Simard and Caroline Laurin-Beaucage. Inspired by all forms of expression and naturopathy, she has a growing interest in research and creation.

BIOGRAPHY
Montrealer of Haitian origin, Mecdy Jean-Pierre alias Mystic Rootz has been a choreographer-performer and streetdance teacher specialized in popping and contemporary dance for more than 15 years. He started his career in streetdance competitions in 2005 and then went on to explore different styles, such as contemporary dance, African dance, drumming, sonology, sacred geometry, mantras and meditation. His energetic style integrates a high level of conscious movement where he promotes the reappropriation of the rhythmic body in its anchoring, its breath and its alignment. He has represented Canada in many competitions around the world, organized workshops and won many awards. He has worked with Cirque du Soleil, Blueprint dance company, Gad fly, We all fall down Creations and Tentacle Tribe. He has also participated in dance films such as Sur le Rythme, Step up All in and Full Out
